Christmas Photos

We were dressed and ready for church, just about 2 hours too late! So we just went ahead and went with Kj and took some Christmas pictures for cards. Lets see if I actually get them sent out this year,Hopefully!

Olivia looked so nice in her new Christmas dress. We had fun taking a few pictures around the house together.

All the kids are growing up so quickly. It is fun to see them grow and change.

They are our favorite gift!

Merry Christmas!

Pizza! Pizza!

Cheese! I love cheese! Tristan caught with his hand in the cheese bowl. I rather it be the cheese bowl, instead of the cookie jar. That boy has plenty of energy to begin with. He needs no added energy through sugar.
Here is Luke with his and T-Rex's pizzas. Ethan and his cheese and salami pizza. All the other kids did cheese pizzas. James and I made a hawaiian pizza, pineapple and ham. We had a lot of pizza. Pizza for breakfast anyone?

We got the "thumbs "up"from dancer, that we picked a good Christmas Tree. On Friday we went to Home Depot to buy our tree, the same place we have been buying our trees from for the last 13 years. Usually we always go December 1st, grandma's birthday. But we were still sick and needed to wait a little bit longer. Sorry Grandma! We picked a tree that was as wide as it is tall! Great tree, an inspiration for the season to eat all the Christmas goodies.
After we were done freezing we went home to go make our own pizzas. James made the dough earlier, and we just came home to add our own toppings. Here James is looking like a true Italian, throwing the dough. The kids had a great time making there very own personal pizzas. A lot of the cheese was consumed by Tristan before it even made it to the pizzas. We had a great time!
To finish off the night, we watched Dave with Eddie Murphy, it was a funny movie. We had a wonderful movie night, nice family fun.

Holiday Fun

We wish Grandpa
Mcgee was here to help build our puzzle. We all worked together. Luke, Olivia, & Ethan are so great at building puzzles so quickly! We finished this puzzle in a few days. This was the painting done at the Gingerbread Festival. They made it into a puzzle, how cool! We are now working on Rockefeller's Square, NY. Dowdle is the artist. We love his puzzles, his studio is at Thanksgiving Point,Lehi, UT.

Here is a picture of Ethan's book report cake. "When Santa Fell to the Earth". On the cake has characters from the book. It was a fun project that we all helped on. Ethan did 6 book reports for the month of November. He is trying to earn the Gold Medal Reading Award. Go Ethan!

Welcome Christmas!

This is our family enjoying the start of the Holidays! We were baking for Thanksgiving, playing games, building puzzles, and crocheting. When grandma & grandpa came up the week before Thanksgiving she gave us a class on how to make a scarf. So all of my kids will be getting a scarf for Christmas from me. It will have plenty of character with uneven lines, and changing sizes along the way. but it will keep them warm, and that is what matters. So Kjirsten and I were having fun practicing our new found skill. I have finished 2, only 4 more to go!

Here is Jeremy and James setting up for the battle of Rumikun. We are very competitive, and always accusing one another of cheating. Especially if you were the that one! We have a great time!!! We had Kjirsten, Tyler, Blue, Jeremy, and Faith over with all of our wild group. It was a lot fun, and we ate way too much, about split our pants! I knew I should have worn my spandex!!

We also went to the Gingerbread Festival to inspire our own family creations. We will be getting our Christmas Tree, and finishing up all of our outside lights, and indoor decorating. Get ready to freeze our baguettes off, it is very cold when we are outside trying to put up the lights and decorations. We are half way done, so it shouldn't be too bad! Plenty of hot cocoa to defrost, with marshmallows. We are excited for the possibility of a White Christmas this year!
